Very quick overview of the event I attended last week, DC’s Sakura Matsuri, the ending event of the Cherry Blossom Festival held annually in DC in celebration of the the first 2000 Cherry Blossom trees gifted to Washington DC from Tokyo to enhance the growing relations between the two countries.

Short and sweet, but I was happy to be able to attend Fairfax Comic Con this past weekend! Been a couple months, but I got to cosplay again and debut my Mary Jane Watson cosplay from the Spider-Man series!
I have less than 1 month till Japan travels! This time around, I’ll be spending time in Hiroshima, Kyoto, Matsumoto, Saitama, Tochigi, and Tokyo while there and will be taking plenty of pictures and notes for future posts here. But most of all, I’m excited to return to see my old home!
So a bit last minute, but I’ll be going to Chicago Comic & Entertainment Expo – 2018 (C2E2) tomorrow! Still not even sure what cosplay I’ll be wearing – likely something from “Attack on Titan” or “Black Butler” though and I know I’ll be with a fem-Doctor Who (#11).
